Chardonnay

With an intense yellow-green color, this wine adopted a refreshing and full-bodied Chardonnay style.

At the olfactory level, we encounter a tender and discreet aroma of vanilla, a fresh aroma of a blooming orchard ennobled with a scent of almonds and fresh butter. The taste is velvety, ample and harmonious, and the unctuous texture is generous, with balanced acidity to give it structure.

This wine variety becomes the perfect companion for white meat dishes, fish, seafood, creamy cheeses and light sauces.

Sauvignon Blanc

Straw yellow with bold green touches, Sauvignon Blanc welcomes you with a fresh citrus bouquet. Blossoming orchard perfume, soft vine blossom aroma with elderflower accents as time passes. The fruity, well-balanced taste enjoys freshness and reveals aromas of yellow cherries, ripe quinces and Mediterranean aromas, with a well-integrated acidity.

This wine can be associated with chicken meat, fish or seafood, and among dairy products, with the most salty and sour ones (goat cheese, for example).

Rosé

The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Sâmburești grapes is vinified in a light and fresh rosé with a fruity, persistent and well-structured bouquet. The refreshing aftertaste, with a balanced acidity, presents velvety notes of shortbread and ripe cherries in the aftertaste.

This wine is easy to associate with any food, successfully accompanying various dishes such as baked meat, juicy steaks, meat pies or cheeses, seafood, parmigiano and other light dishes.
